Are you guys ready for a 3 peat? We sure are ready to go for it. This weekend we have 3 big fests in a row. Starting Thursday we are in our home town of Woodridge, with Fireworks to follow. On Friday we head out southwest to Oswego. We haven't been here for a few years and we need to show them what they have been missing. We finish it off up north in the big band shell in Round Lake Beach which is always a partay. Everyone hope for some nice warm nights.... The summer times are earlier than the bar times so make sure you double check the schedule below. Check out the website for the complete summer schedule.

Thanks to everyone who crossed the Cheddar Curtain and to our Wisconsin friends for the great time at the Brat Stop. This flat lander band is the biggest drawing band in the room because of you guys. This weekend we have 2 shows starting in Chicago on Friday night. We play one 150 minute set starting at 10pm. This is a happening area so come on out to see what it is like. On Saturday, we are on the south side at a room called Club Impulse ( formerly Papa T’s ) and it's always a great time. The beer garden will be in full swing also. If you remember the Kev Head Proms, this is going to be just likeit. So start pulling out those old clothes, get a lot of hair spray, andget ready to relive your 80's prom. If that was something you didn't do,this will be an event you won't want to miss either way. There is goingto be a King and Queen crowned, with a money prize. At the event therewill be different categories picked and prizes given. Class Nerd, Classjock, Etc. We need some ladies to make our "Prong Hornette's"cheerleading squad. I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. Now that we had some time to recharge, we have 2 great shows this weekend. Starting on Friday we are at the Lodge in Lisle. Who knows what the weather is going to be, but we are set for everything. If it is cold with snow there is skiing. If it is warm, the beer garden will be open, and there will be volleyball. On Saturday night we go up north to Durty Nellies. Get there for some great food, and we will be starting around 10:30pm. Please check into the Infinity High Homecoming below. Man oh Man where did this week go? Sorry this is getting out so late but this week has been mad. Tonight we are at Stage 151 at Harrahs Casino in Joliet. Come on out do some gambling and drinking. We haven't been here in a while, but it was always a packed house. Time to show them what they have been missing. On Saturday we are at a new room in Poplar Grove. This place looks like a blast, and we can't wait to see our friends from Rockford. If you want to stay over you can get discounted rooms at the Holiday Inn Express 815-654-4100. Thanks to all who came out to the Venue on Friday. What a beautifulplace,
and a great arena. Thanks to Scott Flaws and the crew at theVenue. Scott and
the crew are as close to perfection as you can get. Iwould say it was perfect,
and we thank them and you for making ithappen. I do believe we are going back
in the fall.
This Saturday we hit the south side for a St. Pats Party at
Sam Mcguiresin Orland Park. This is an annual event in a HUGE HEATED TENT.
So nomatter what the weather brings, I promise it will be 70 degrees orwarmer
on the south side Saturday night.
On a sad note the band lost a dear friend and a wonderful person.
A lot of you know Andy Deschaaf our Light Technician. Andy's wife Karen passed
away on Sunday and she will be greatly missed. A lot of you know Karen, and
you know what a great lady she was. The band and everyone will miss her deeply.
Our road trips and fishing trips will not be thesame without Karen's Peanut
Butter Cups, or Turtle Brownies, or Home Made Pies, Etc. Karen was at the
trailer or in the kitchen with theThermos of hot Coffee before most of us
even showed up. You know you had to wake up even though you didn't want to
some mornings, because Karen woke up just to get things going for us. Betty
Crocker would beput to shame if she stepped into Karen's Kitchen. Now put
that together will a classy, easy going, generous lady, and you know those
shoes will never be filled. She will always be in our hearts, and our minds.

Thanks to all of you who made the trip out to the Blue Chip thisweekend. We
heard some nice things about this place, and they were alltrue. Top shelf
all the way. Nice hotel, casino, and a great place toplay.We would like to
thank everyone at the Blue Chip Casino for making us feel at home, Thnaks

Infinity would like to thank each and every one of you for making 2008 another successful year. It seems like it can't get any better, but it always does. It is due to such great friends like you, who make this bigger and better every year. We try to do everything you guys want, by adding songs you request all the time. We try to add on to our light show which sets us apart from the other bands in the area. Whatever it takes to make things the best we can, is our goal. On that note I would like to thank our crew. Without them this wagon wouldn't roll down the street. Thanks to Scott, Andy, Bill, Brian, Mike, Zach and Ralf. They are all crucial to our show going on. We wish you and your families a very Happy New Year, and a very prosperous 2009. We have a couple of new songs for New Years. Turn Up The Radio, and Round and Round. This weekend we are at 2 very cool rooms. On Friday we are at
John Barleycorn in Schaumburg. This is our first time there and I have heard
great things about this room. This show will start at 10pm and we will be
playing a 2 1/2 hour set. Than we turn it over to a DJ for some boogying.
On Saturday we are back in the hood with our friends from “Reckless” at Tailgaters.
Nothing more has to be said about Tailgaters except you need to be there.
“Reckless” will go on at 8:45pm and play until 10:15pm. The Brat Stop is scheduled
for the day before Thanksgiving November 26th. And please check out the information

WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 3 day weekend for everyone. And the 2 shows we have are a must see. On Saturday night we are in Berwyn for the Italian Fest. I can smell the Sausage on the Grill, The Calamari, The Home Made Panzarrotti, Baked Clams, Gnocci in Vodka Sauce, Ok that is enough I'm drooling on the keyboard. What a BEAUTIFUL holiday weekend we just had. We played 3 great
events and AGAIN you guys came out in force to make our night the best at
every event. The biggest keg count for the weekend was Oak Forest. You guys
drank 139 BARRELS of beer between 7:30pm and 11:30pm. Needless to say we broke
our record of 135 from last year. We can not thank you guys enough for being
the best friends a band can have.
A question has been coming up lately and I would like to clear it up. And
if anyone has doubts about what I'm about to say they are welcome on the stage
to see for themselves. There have been a lot of people thinking that Infinity
is playing with some kind of sampling machine. While there are many headlining
bands in this area that play along with vocal tracks, guitar tracks, keyboard
tracks, horn tracks, etc….I'm very proud to say that Infinity is completely
live. Nothing is sampled except for the beginning of Oh Sherrie. I also believe
that it is cheating and lazy to play along with recorded tracks. That is why
we work hard, and everything coming out of that sound system is LIVE. It must
be sounding ok if people out there think it is recorded.
LIVE this weekend we have 2 killer shows. On Friday we are at Glendale Heights
for our 47th year. This is one of our highlight fests and is always a great
time. On Saturday we are going to another ISLAND. This time it is Blarney’s
Island for BLARNEY GRAS. Blarney Gras makes a regular night at Blarney’s look
like a Mr. Rogers Neighborhood episode. DON'T BRING THE KIDS TO THIS SHOW,
AND PLEASE BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING. THIS WILL NOT BE A NIGHT FOR THE FAINT
OF HEART. You can catch the ferry that runs every 20 minutes to get there,
or come on your own boat. Blarney’s is now covered so rain will not stop this
event.

Another weekend with some very scary weather. But we thank the rock godswho always bring out the rainbow, and our friends to another weekend ofcraziness.After taking 2 years off from Wauconda, it was great to be back there toa packed area from the stage to the street.On Saturday we finally got up after the failure of 2 generators, thestage being lifted completely off the ground, hail, and monsoon rain.In between all of that we grabbed an acoustic guitar, cowbell,tambourine and proceeded to go out into the crowd for an acoustic sing along. Please go to our picture section to see what I'm talking about. This weekend we have 3 big shows. We start out on Thursday at OakForest. I can not do this fest justice with any words. Just get thekids and be ready to go at 9pm. Who knows what will happen.Friday is a new fest in Wheeling. All I know is that it is a big event,with a monster fireworks show at the end of our set. Saturday we arereturning to Bartlett, and that fest is always a great time.

Taking a weekend off and coming back with 2 shows last week
was a blast. Both the Ven-u and the Brat Stop were off the hook. This Saturday
we head back out south to a new club for us called Papa T's. This club has
been redone from top to bottom, and I guarantee a good time will be had. And
they also has some great food, so get there early and prepare to stay late.
The NO PEPPERONI PLEASE 2008 SUMMER TOUR schedule is almost complete.
We will have it posted to the website shortly. From the looks of it right
now we have around 33 events planned. Thank you for your patience, and we
should be playing in a town wherever you might live sometime this summer.

For those of you who archive these very informative creations, this one is a carbon copy of the last one. Only this time there were over 1000 of you at an awesome North side room. Nellies was bustin at the seams, and was smoking hot. Thanks to all. We are off next weekend but will be back in action the following weekend with 2 Great Shows. On Friday, the 11th, we are in Joliet at a great place called the Ven-u. The last time there it was 10 below zero and we had a blast. This time should be even better. The room serves food if you feel like coming out early. Make a reservation if you know ahead of time. On Saturday we head over the Cheddar Curtain to our Favorite Wisconsin drinking establishment. The only thing that can be said about the Brat Stop is, you gotta see it to believe it. See ya in a couple of weeks..................

SOLD OUT................................. That covers what happened
last weekend at Famous Freddie's and Sideouts. At least at Famous Freddie's
everyone got in. At Sideouts on Saturday they shut the doors at 9:45 and the
line was finally gone at 11:45. We are very sorry for those of you who couldn't
get in, and thanks to all who stood in line to get in. The next time we go
there will be in the summer, where they can fit over 1000 people. This Saturday
we are out in Poplar Grove at Chubby Rain. That place always is a monster
party with people dancing on stage and on the bar. Get there early for those
awesome burgers.
